Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inboxella (the "Service") provided by Bluebry Oy, a Finnish limited company (Business ID / VAT FI35558434) ("Bluebry", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01The Service
Inboxella is a subscription software service that, after you authorize a read-only connection to your email mailbox, scans your messages — on the base plan, one connected mailbox that you scan on demand, whenever you choose — to identify potential warm sales leads and presents you with a ranked report, drafted replies, and call scripts.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lead identification is best-effort and may include false positives and false negatives. You are solely responsible for deciding which suggestions to act on.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. The Service is intended for business use by professionals such as real-estate agents.
03Your audit and subscription
The Service does not require a traditional account. You can run a free audit without subscribing: we associate that audit with your browser using a single httpOnly cookie and show you how many warm leads were found, along with a limited preview. Unlocking the full results, and the ability to run scans whenever you want, requires an active subscription.
When you subscribe, we associate your browser with your subscription using an httpOnly cookie and email you a private magic link so you can access your subscription from any device. You authorize the Service to connect to your mailbox via Unipile to perform a scan each time you start one, for the duration of your subscription. Scans are run manually by you; we do not scan your mailbox on a schedule.
You are responsible for keeping your browser, devices, and magic link secure. If you lose access, you can re-open the Service from the magic link we email you at checkout.
04Your responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right and authority to connect the mailbox(es) you authorize and to instruct us to process the data in them.
- With respect to the personal data contained in your mailbox (including the personal data of people who have emailed you), you act as the data controller and we act solely as your data processor, processing that data only on your documented instructions and only to provide the Service to you. This processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
- You have a valid legal basis for that processing and have provided any notices and obtained any consents required of you as the controller under applicable data-protection law.
- Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including data-protection, anti-spam, and marketing regulations.
- Any outreach you send based on suggestions from the Service complies with applicable consent, opt-out, and recordkeeping obligations.
05Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or send unlawful communications.
- Connect a mailbox you do not own or are not authorized to connect.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or non-public data from the Service.
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse protections, or paid features.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train, evaluate, or improve any machine-learning model.
06Ownership and license
You retain all rights to the data in your mailbox and to the lead records produced for you. You grant us a limited, non- exclusive, royalty-free license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We do not use the contents of your mailbox or your lead records to train, evaluate, or improve any machine-learning model, and we improve the Service only using aggregated, anonymized statistics that do not identify you, any individual, or any individual mailbox.
We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and brand. No rights are granted to you other than as set out in these Terms.
07Pricing, billing, and renewal
Running an audit and seeing how many warm leads were found is free. Unlocking the full lead list — with the reason each lead is warm, a drafted reply, and a call script — and the ability to run scans whenever you want requires a recurring subscription. The base plan is €199 per month or €1,299 per year, each for one connected mailbox you can scan on demand. Prices are shown in EUR at checkout. VAT, where applicable, is added at checkout based on your billing location, in accordance with EU VAT rules and the Finnish VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
Your subscription is billed in advance for the chosen interval (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal. We will notify you in advance of any price change.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not see or store your card details. Your receipts are issued directly by Stripe to the email address you provide at checkout.
08Cancellation, refunds, and right of withdrawal
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@bluebry.com from the address used for payment. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed afterwards. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from your first subscription payment. If you withdraw within 14 days and have not yet used the Service, we refund your most recent payment in full. If you ask us to start scanning during the withdrawal period, you may be charged for the portion of the Service already provided.
Outside the withdrawal period, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by mandatory Finnish or EU consumer law. Refunds, where due, are processed via Stripe to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
09Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Unipile (mailbox connectivity) and OpenAI (language model classification). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers as they relate to your mailbox provider's policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we choose providers carefully and contract with them under appropriate data-protection terms.
10Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that any lead suggestion is accurate, current, or will result in business. You are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of the Service.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluebry Oy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) one hundred euros (€100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish or EU consumer law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bluebry Oy and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
13Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 08) and delete your data from the report screen. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have breached these Terms, if a payment fails and is not resolved, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
14Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, give notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by the competent courts of Finland, with the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring the dispute before the courts of your place of residence.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
