Can Inboxella send email from my account?+
No — and it's not technically able to. We connect with read-only access, so Inboxella can never send, reply, forward, move, or delete a single message. Every drafted reply and call script is yours to send, edit, or ignore.
What exactly do you read?+
Just enough to spot a warm lead: the sender, the subject, and a short snippet of each thread. That's it. We're looking for the buyers and sellers worth a call — not reading your inbox.
Do you store my emails?+
No. The snippets we read are discarded the moment a lead is extracted, and full message bodies are never saved. What's left is a short lead summary — the name, why they're warm, and a suggested follow-up.
Can I disconnect anytime?+
Yes, in one click. Your mailbox also auto-disconnects after every scan and is only reconnected when you choose to run the next one. You're always in control.
Does it work with Outlook?+
Yes. Inboxella works with Gmail, Outlook (Microsoft 365), and any standard IMAP inbox — all through Unipile's SOC 2 Type II hosted auth. You never share your password with us.
Is this a CRM replacement?+
